Better Bible Reading & Prayer Plan
We want you to get the most out of your daily encounters with God. To do that, we have outlined some steps that we believe will help you maximize your time with Him.
According to Professor Matthew Harmon, there are two simple sets of questions to ask every time you open your Bibles that will help you get the most out of it:
Understanding the Bible:
- What do we learn about God?
- What do we learn about people?
- What do we learn about relating to God?
- What do we learn about relating to others?
Applying the Bible:
- What does God want me to understand?
- What does God want me to believe?
- What does God want me to desire?
- What does God want me to do?
In the section below you will find recommendations that will help you grow deeper in your understanding of the Bible and connection to God through prayer.
