Jack has a real heart for the local church and has committed almost all of his vocational life to serving in the local church. In 2006 Jack launched the ministry of Clear Vision, a ministry designed to serve in a consulting role to the leadership of local churches. This involves strategic ministry planning, leadership training and development, staff assessment and evaluation processes, congregational assessments and a variety of other ministries as needed in each church. While this position is temporary, Inspire Church is blessed to have Jack guide the staff, the Local Board of Administration and the Search Team as they seek God’s direction to fill the Lead Pastor role.
